Nielsen-Massey Vanilla Bean Paste has a rich, concentrated vanilla flavour with visible vanilla bean seeds. It is ideal for cakes, biscuits, custards, creams, glazes and other bakes where you want a fuller vanilla flavour and the appearance of real vanilla seeds.
It can be used in place of vanilla extract and works particularly well in recipes where vanilla is one of the main flavours.
Ingredients: Sugar, water, vanilla extract, vanilla bean seeds and thickener (gum tragacanth).
