DIETS

Some recipes can be adapted easily with substitute ingredients that just let you swap one for the other. However, a lot of the time it is best to find a recipe formulated for that exact dietary restriction or tolerance. Even though I don’t have any restrictions, it is nice to have a recipe or two at hand for when a friend or family member visit.
